Returns and Refund policy

Cancellation is not possible for the orders placed on sale for special discounts like Pongal, Diwali offer etc. These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 3 day of receipt of the product.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the manufacturer directly.

Payment will be credited back to your bank account within 7 working days after deducting the bank transaction charges.

Tasty Aquaa reserves all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:

  • Unavailability of the product.
  • Errors in the details provided(us or customer).
  • Problems identified by the Credit and Fraud Avoidance department.

In the unfortunate case of an order being cancelled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and your payment will be credited back to your bank account.

The invoice/bill amount shall be collected before the product installation. Once installed and verified, there will not be any refund and will be governed by the warranty limits of the manufacturer.

The customer is eligible for full refund, if the customer cancels the order or if we cancel the order due to some unforeseen circumstances, before the product is dispatched. Cancellation charges of Credit or Debit card will be withheld.

If the customer cancels the order after the products are dispatched and not installed, a Rs 200 for delivery charges plus any credit card / debit card charges will be withheld. In case the products are dispatched and installed there will be no refund and will abide by the warranty options of the manufacturer. Note : If the payment is made using a credit card, there will be an extra charge of 2%. If the payment is made using debit card, there will be extra charge of 1%.  The refund amount minus the credit card charges(2%) or debit card charges(1%) will be sent to the Customer with in 2 – 4 weeks from the date of cancellation.
